If you are reading this, then congratulations my friend, you have made it to the end of the year, 2023! God has in his infinite mercy brought us through the year and in a matter of hours, determined to cross us over to the year, 2024!

No matter what happened in the year 2023, we must give thanks to God because he is worthy of our praise. Despite storms that rocked our boat, he was faithful enough to preserve our souls and cross us over.

It is very important in this time to maintain a heart of gratitude unto God, count our blessings, proclaim them in the assembly of brethren and hold faith that the pending things we desire are on the way.

One thing the devil does in times like this is to deceive the human mind and trick people into counting their woes and in return, forgetting all the Lord has done for them.

If not for anything, the fact that you are still alive, in health and blessings are reasons enough to put on a heart of gratitude. God has piloted us to the end of the year and we must approach him with joy and gratitude for 365 days of basking in his glory.

Remember, when you thank a great man for what he has done, he will do more. As we look forward to greater exploits in the year 2024, we must not skip to thank God for the journey so far, as well as entrust the journey ahead in his hands.

Remember, with God nothing shall be impossible. I pray that the God of the eleventh hour visits you with great testimony that will force your heart to a perpetual state of gratitude.
